In setting our intention to trusting the process, we must let go of “what if.” “What if” can be the most damaging block to wellness and living. All we have is “now”, and all we are is “now.” In trusting ourselves in the process of healing, we can calm our nervous system down, and bring a sense of balance to the body. We create the space for the body to heal; to breathe with ease and make room for homeostasis to happen. In the relaxation is where the healing happens.
