2nd DAY

Tonight, before you go to sleep, take 10 full breaths sitting up, with your back straight. Put one hand on your chest and one hand on your abdomen. As you inhale, the hand on the abdomen should rise more than the hand on the chest. As you exhale, slowly bring your abdomen in to exhale as much air as possible. Focus on the breath at the belly, breathing in through your nose and out through the lips, slowly and gently. Ease yourself into a state of relaxation.
