3rd DAY
Continue to make space for yourself. Tonight, place one hand on your chest and one on your abdomen, take ten full breaths with your eyes closed, sitting up with a straight back in the same way you took your breaths last night. Observe the process as you breathe in and as you breathe out. Don’t try to control it, just observe it as it happens.
Feel the shift as your body begins to slow down and your mind becomes lighter . Be aware that your breath is a source of life.
Ease yourself into a state of relaxation and gratitude.
