Continue to make space for yourself. Tonight, place one hand on your chest and one on your abdomen, take ten full breaths with your eyes closed, sitting up with a straight back in the same way you took your breaths last night. Once finished taking the breaths, drop your hands and sit in the silence and stillness you have created for yourself. Observe any thoughts as they come and as they go. Don’t try to push them away. Be that observer without becoming engaged emotionally. Witness… Stay there as long as you’re comfortable. One minute, two minutes, 10 minutes, stay with the experience. When ready to open your eyes, do so gently and softly. Enjoy the shift…
