5th DAY
Continue to make space for yourself. Tonight, continue to take your breaths in the same way you took your breaths last night, but put your hands comfortably in your lap. Observe your breath as you are breathing in and as you are breathing out. Focus on when the inhalation ends and when the exhalation begins, and when the exhalation ends and the inhalation begins. Don’t try to create a gap, just observe the moments in which this happens. If you find your mind wandering, just bring it back gently to the focus on the breath. Witness… Stay there as long as you’re comfortable. One minute, two minutes, 10 minutes, stay with the experience. When ready to open your eyes, do so gently and softly. Enjoy the shift…
Be aware that your breath is a source of life.
