It may sound repetitive, but it’s important. Continue to make space for yourself. Tonight, take your breaths in the same way you took your breaths last night, and put your hands comfortably in your lap Observe your breath as you are breathing in and as you are breathing out. Focus on when the inhalation ends and when the exhalation begins, and when the exhalation ends and the inhalation begins. Don’t try to create a gap, just observe the moments in which this happens. If you find your mind wandering, just bring it back gently to the focus on the breath. Release all expectations and flow with what the experience gives you… Stay there as long as you’re comfortable. One minute, two minutes, 10 minutes, stay with the experience. When ready to open your eyes, do so gently and softly.

Ease yourself into a state of relaxation and gratitude.
