LIGHT IN GRATITUDE

Tomorrow morning before you get out of bed, ask yourself what you are grateful for. But not just once, repeat “what am I grateful for?” over and over and let it be your mantra for a minute or two. Then observe what comes to your mind spontaneously. There will be things, moments, people, places, experiences, that have have been gifted to you in your life. Some may be big and others inconsequential, and some good and some may be not so good, but they are all coming to you from a place of gratitude. Let them sink in and move through your day in a state of abundance. Aware of how much you have and how fortunate you are. You will become lighter and lighter and your inner light will shine brighter and brighter. It is in that state that healing happens. It is in that state that we transcend. It is in that state that we feel unconditional love.
