It has been a couple of months since I have posted. Reviewing, adapting, changing and moving forward. In sitting down with my intentions this morning, I was reviewing what my day would consist of and how I envision it going. Running through my mind each moment and how it would feel. As I envisioned myself going through the day, I came to a cup of chai in my hands. Tasting it, and so much enjoying it. Somehow tied to that moment came writing this. So here we are. It’s been a couple of months of paying attention to how to make my life better in a way that would help me move forward in making other lives better. Every moment counted and every moment was taken one at a time. And every one of those moments has brought me to this one. It’s those “insignificant” moments which shape our lives. It’s in those moments where we find what we need. It is in those moments where we make the decision to be happy or not. Maybe this week end would be a good time to pay attention to those moments. Wake up in the morning and review your day and make each moment a “magnificent” moment in your mind, before it happens. In my mind this moment was rewarding. Now that I am living it I can say it surpassed my expectations. I am so grateful to be doing what I love to do. Now for that moment with a delicious cup of chai.
