“I am sunyam in purnam” is the seventh of a series of affirmations. The translation from Sanskrit to English means “I am nothingness in that everythingness.” Repeat it silently or out loud and allow the words to settle into every cell in your body. Let your body know that within that perfection, that “everythingness” that is you, there is unlimited potential yet to be uncovered. It is in that “nothingness” where an infinite number of possibilities are waiting to bloom; including the possibilities for healing.
