There is no need for us to be perfect. Who we are at this moment in time is who we need to be at this moment in time. It’s important that we accept where we are and who we are at this moment in time. Unless we do that we can’t proceed. The moment we accept, then we can provide the environment for the change for healing. In that acceptance the body can rest and be receptive to healing. It is no longer being judged for not being perfect. It is now in a state of receivership because it’s being loved.
